"Mike Bensel was right on the job when I really needed someone quick. He was very courteous, thorough, patient (very patient!), and explained everything all the way through the whole job. When the job was finished he made sure we understood what needed to be done to finish the job properly, and also gave me his bid for the job. What I really thought was great is that he provided all the options possible to fit our needs, timing, and budget. We were able to choose which way we wanted the repair to be done.
